Open grain tank covers.

Remove top shield of clean grain elevator housing (not illustrated).

Remove cover plate (A). Check mass flow sensor for foreign material build-up on plastic wear plate (B).

In severe conditions, such as mud from edible bean harvest or green weed residue buildup in soybeans, check wear plate for residue buildup on a DAILY basis.

Remove sensor housing (A) and inspect for grain buildup and grain wedging between mass-flow sensor and housing.
