Checking Auger Stripper Location

causym CAUTION: Cutterbar and knives will move whenever the auger is rotated. Keep hands, feet and clothing away from cutterbar when servicing, inspecting or rotating the auger.

The auger strippers (A) can be positioned in three different locations (B), (C) and (D). Correct stripper position ensures a good crop feeding. Make sure that strippers are not obstructing feeding area of feeder house.

Platforms are shipped from the factory with the auger strippers in position (C).

Combines with separator widths other than 1390 mm (55 in.) may require using position (B) or (D).
