causym CAUTION: Raise feeder house, lower safety stop, shut off engine, set parking brake and remove key.

Feeder house conveyor drive chain can be set to two different speeds by selecting drive sprocket (A) on right-hand side of lower shaft.

NOTE: If you are in corn, or have moderate feed rate conditions, you can decrease conveyor speed and improve part life by moving drive chain to small sprocket.

If you have material handling problems, increase the speed of the conveyor drive chain by moving chain to the large sprocket.

Refer to Crop Settings and Configuration Recommendations in Crops Settings and Seed Loss Chart section for recommended feeder house conveyor sprocket settings.

1. To move drive chain to smaller sprocket: Open right-hand front shield.

2. Loosen nut (A) and push sprocket rearward.

3. Loosen nut (B) and move sprocket to upper position (C).

4. Push in on coupler (D) and move small sprocket outward until it engages detent.
