Chaffer Calibration (Optional)-Field Operation

IMPORTANT: Make sure chaffer is clear of all debris before calibrating.

The chaffer adjust motor and the chaffer element are calibrated using this calibration procedure. Chaffer calibration procedure must be performed after manually adjusting the chaffer motor or to restore accuracy of system.

Turn key switch to "RUN" position or start the combine.

Press diagnostics button. DIA will display on triple display tachometer.

Press calibration switch. CAL and conc will appear on tachometer.

Press up or down arrow keys until CAL and CHA appears on tachometer.

Press enter switch.

NOTE: When the display has HOLd displayed on the triple display tachometer the chaffer is opening and closing automatically.

Hold will be displayed on middle line of triple display tachometer.

HOLd will change to EOC when calibration is complete.

When EOC is displayed on the triple display tachometer press the enter switch. Calibration for chaffer is complete.
