Feed Accelerator-Wing Replacement

CAUTION: Shut off engine, set parking brake and remove key.

NOTE: Wings can be reversed for additional wear.

Feed accelerator wings (A) can be replaced without removing accelerator from combine. Replace accelerator wings in a set of two and opposite of each other on the accelerator to maintain proper balance.

NOTE: If accelerator is removed from combine, or has loosened clamp cap screws, tighten clamp cap screws before tightening wing cap screws.

Tighten cap screws to specification.

Remove hardware holding wing and remove wing.

Replace wing and tighten nuts or cap screws to specification.

Remove and replace wear strips as required. Tighten cap screws to specification.
