INFO - Diag Mass Flow Sensor

Press letter button next to "Mass Flow Sensor" on INFO - Diagnostics screen and INFO - Diag MF screen will appear.

INFO - Diag MF screen provides information that will help troubleshoot mass flow sensor, if a problem occurs.

Raw flow cell shows output from mass flow sensor. As grain impacts mass flow sensor, value of raw flow will increase.

Zero flow cell shows output of mass flow sensor when no grain is impacting sensor.

This cell shows the average zero flow.

Flow reading cell shows net output of mass flow sensor determined by raw flow minus flow zero.

LB/SEC cell shows total weight hitting mass flow sensor per second.

NOTE: If clean grain elevator speed is less than 280 rpm, then a warning message will appear.

Elevator rpm cell shows the speed of clean grain elevator.

NOTE: RPM Errors, Comp Weight, Uncomp Weight, Test Time (Sec), Average Force Number, Standard Force Number, Force Number at CAL are all factory use only.
