Communications/CB Radio MountingIMPORTANT: Do not install a radio requiring more than 3 amps or the combine electrical system may malfunction. To install additional radios or a CB radio see your John Deere dealer. An additional antenna mount (A) is located in the center of the cab roof. An additional antenna cable (B) is located on the right-hand side of the cab under the armrest console.

A mounting plate is provided to install a radio. Use bracket from radio template, then drill holes as required through foam and plate (shaded area) on right-hand rear inside of cab. This plate cannot be seen (behind foam). Use self tapping screws to mount radio. Remove right-hand cab connector mounting plate (A). Use right-hand knockout hole (B). Obtain rubber grommet from dealer. Cut grommet for antenna cable. Route antenna lead through grommet. Do not leave grommet out or mice can enter cab area.
