Reel DIAL-A-SPEED™ Dial (Black)Reel DIAL-A-SPEED dial (A) controls the ratio of the reel speed or the belt pickup to ground speed. To operate: 1. Start engine and drive forward with separator and header engaged.2. Press Reel DIAL-A-SPEED button on Active Header Control display. 3. Turn dial and watch cornerpost display for desired setting. 4. Watch speed of reel or belt pickup and adjust dial until you get desired ratio to ground speed. Reel or belt pickup will now speed up or slow down in relation to ground speed. Reel DIAL-A-SPEED system will not operate if ground speed is less than 1.2 kph (0.75 mph). Minimum reel speed and belt pickup speed can be increased with manual reel speed switch (B) when operating less than 1.2 kph (0.75 mph). To change minimum speed: 1. Turn Reel DIAL-A-SPEED dial (A) until zero appears in Active Header Control display.2. Press manual switch (B) to get minimum reel or belt pickup speed desired. 3. Return Reel DIAL-A-SPEED dial to prior setting and continue operating. |
