1.
Precleaner Filter. Close fuel tank shut off valve. Remove precleaner filter (A) and clean screen. Install precleaner filter and open fuel tank shut off valve and allow bowl to fill (see Cleaning the Precleaner Filter in Service the Engine section.)
2. Water Separator. Drain water separator (B) every 400 hours or when service code A00 97.31 has |
been generated (refer to Service the Engine section for Draining the Water Separator.)
3. Replace Fuel Filter. Remove and replace fuel filter (C) every 400 hours, or when a performance decline is noticed and service codes 94.01 and 94.18 are generated (refer to Service the Engine section for Replacing the Fuel Filter.) |
