Operation
Active Header Float will be active when:

Engine is running
-
Road transport disconnect switch is in field position
-
Active Header Float mode is enabled
-
Active Header Float system is activated
-
Header is engaged
The system is enabled by pressing button (A) on the display. Symbol (B) will appear on the display.
Activate Header Float by pressing activation buttons 1, 2 or 3 on the multifunction control handle. Arrow symbols (C) indicate that system is active.
Number (D) in the lower left corner of the display indicates which activation button was selected.
To change the Active Header Float pressure setpoint (E) of the activation buttons, press the desired activation button and adjust the pressure using the active header control dial (F).
Turn dial towards the plus (+) symbol to increase the cylinder lift pressure setpoint raising the header or towards the minus (-) symbol to decrease the cylinder lift pressure setpoint lowering the header.
Bar graph (G) and numeric display (H) show the lift cylinder pressure. Units are kPa for metric system and psi for English system.
Manually raising Active Header Float using header raise/lower switch (I) will deactivate the system.
Pressing any of the activation buttons will reactivate the system. Header will move to the selected pressure.
The system can be disabled by pressing button (A) on the display.
NOTE:
While moving throughout the field, the sensor measures the pressure of the header lift cylinders. The system actuates the header raise/lower solenoid valve to maintain the setpoint pressure.
