IMPORTANT: Change oil every 100 hours if fuel is more than 0.5 % sulfur.

Fill crankcase with seasonal viscosity grade oil or TORQ-GARD SUPREME ™ (250 hours change interval). If using PLUS-50 ™ oil and a John Deere filter, service interval can be extended by 50 percent. Example: 250 Hours extends to 375 Hours.

Do not operate engine with oil level below low mark on dipstick.

1. Engine Crank Case Filter - Remove and replace filter (A). Coat seal on new filter with oil before hand tightening. Tighten filter 1/2 turn more after contact. Open drain (B) to remove oil.

2. Remove cap (C) to fill and remove dipstick (D) to check.

3. Fuel Tank Breather - Visually inspect fuel tank breather (E). Do not allow excessive amounts of chaff to collect on breather. Remove fuel tank breather from hose (F) and clean.
