1.
Primary Countershaft Universal Joint - Rotate to access fitting and grease.
2. Chopper Rotor Bearings - Grease fitting (both sides). 3. Chopper/Unloading Driveshaft Bearing - Rotate sheave to access fitting on bottom of sheave groove and grease fitting. IMPORTANT: Remove pipe plug and install grease fitting. Pump 40 to 45 shots of grease into fitting. DO NOT OVER GREASE. Remove grease fitting and reinstall pipe plug. 4. Single Tine Separator Variable Driver Sheave - Close sheaves (high speed) before greasing at pipe |
plug in outer sheave hub. Rotate sheave for pipe plug access. Cycle cylinder speed to distribute grease if drive is operated at high speed all the time.
5. Unloading Auger Lower Gear Case Bearing - Grease fitting. 6. Unloading Auger Upper Gear Case - Grease fitting. 7. Feed Accelerator Bearing - Grease fitting. 8. Header/Reel Drive Pump Sheave Bearing - Grease fitting. |
