The following calibration procedures must be performed
before first use:

Header Width Calibration
- For accurate area counter calculations.
- For non John Deere headers a special harness kit is required; see your John Deere dealer.

Header Calibration Automatic Header Control -

- After attaching a new or another John Deere header.

Machine Harvesting Threshold Calibration -
ACAL
- For accurate area counter calculations.
- For cutting height (for example sunflower harvesting).

Float Calibration -

- After attaching new John Deere header.
- After attaching John Deere cutting platform without sensors in skid plates.

Concave Sensor Zero Calibration -

- After servicing.

Deck Plate (optional) Sensor Calibration -

- For John Deere corn heads only.

replacing any of the sensors:

- In case an actuator has been manually adjusted.
- In case the position of your element (chaffer, sieve or precleaner) and display do not match.
NOTE:
The condition causing the error must be corrected before the calibration can be continued.
If any errors occur during the calibration procedures, service codes will be displayed on the triple display tachometer.
