Chopper to Windrow/Servicing Position

CAUTION: Shut OFF engine, set parking brake and remove key.

NOTE: Chopper tensioner arm must be in detensioned belt position to raise chopper. If arm is in tensioned position, safety switch (A) will not allow chopper to raise.

Pull arm (B) down, outward and up to release chopper belt tension.

Install rubber strap (C) to hold arm in the detensioned belt position.

Switch (A), located on left-hand side sheet above rear axle, raises and lowers the chopper. Push switch up to raise chopper.

Raise chopper assembly until lock-out pins snap into place.

Place drive belt (A) on top of guard (B), so belt does not turn while chopper is in windrow position.
