POSI-TORQ™ Single Tine Separator-Dual-Range™

causym CAUTION: Shut OFF engine, set parking brake and remove key.

Dual-range tine separator drive has a high range of 420-1000 rpm and a low range of 230-550 rpm.

NOTE: Use slowest possible speed with large seed crops to prevent damage.

To shift from low to high or high to low speed, move the shaft handle (A) to detented neutral position.

For low speed position (B), push the handle towards the separator side sheet.

For high speed position (C), pull the handle away from separator side sheet.

To fully engage the drive, it may be necessary to rotate variable sheaves a small amount while moving shift handle.

NOTE: Be certain gears are fully engaged.

When changing separator speeds make sure to cycle power ON and OFF. Combine will now recognize the new speed range.

If operating below 550 rpm for extended periods of time, shift to low speed.
