| [ ] Remove all instructions and tags placed on machine which are intended for dealer operation. |
[ ] Reverser operating correctly? |
| [ ] Is product identification plate on L.H. side of operator's platform? |
[ ] Tine separator functioning correctly? |
| [ ] Is engine oil level correct? |
[ ] Fast idle speed of engine correct (2340 rpm)? |
| [ ] Is engine coolant level correct? |
[ ] All rubber seals in separator area and cleaning unit correct? |
| [ ] Is hydraulic oil level correct? |
[ ] All belts and chains adjusted correctly? |
| [ ] Is transmission oil level correct? |
[ ] Are all guards, shields etc. installed? |
| [ ] Is final drive oil level correct? |
[ ] All grease fittings have been cleared of paint and lubricated, refer to Operator's Manual or Lubrication Decals found on machine for further information. |
| [ ] Is lighting system functioning correctly? |
[ ] Paint and decals smooth and neat? |
| [ ] Is steering system functioning correctly? |
[ ] Is overall machine appearance acceptable? |
| [ ] Are foot brakes functioning correctly? |
[ ] Is cab interior and upholstery neat and clean? |
| [ ] Is parking brake operating correctly? |
[ ] Tires are properly inflated and wheel bolts are tightened to specified torque, refer to Operator's Manual for Tire Inflation Pressure. |
| [ ] Are gauges, acoustical warning devices and monitors operating correctly? |
[ ] Make sure all customer-ordered attachments have been installed. |
| [ ] Is transmission operating correctly? |
[ ] This machine has been thoroughly checked and to the best of my knowledge, is ready for delivery to the customer. |
| [ ] Is hydrostatic ground speed drive operating correctly? |
[ ] Have all controls and safety rules etc. been explained to the operator? |
| [ ] Is engine shut-off device working correctly? |
