Machine Harvesting Threshold Calibration

Machine Harvesting Threshold calibration allows the operator to set a header height value that will switch the area counter OFF.

Prepare machine for calibration:

  • Attach header to combine and connect header harness
  • Start combine

Press up or down arrow button until CAL and ACAL appear.

Display will show current machine threshold in the units.

Raise header with header raise/lower switch (A) to desired position for the not harvesting signal to be generated.

Press calibration button to save new position. New threshold will be displayed for two seconds, then EOC will be displayed. (EOC) shows that calibration was successful.

Press enter button twice to store calibration value and return to normal operation or press back arrow button to abort calibration (not save values).

Press back arrow button to return to normal operation.
