Chopper Vane Angle Calibration
Chopper Vane Angle calibration must be performed when electrical motor is replaced.
Prepare machine for calibration:

Turn key switch to "RUN" position

Press up or down arrow button until E02 is displayed.

Press enter button to access E02 diagnostic mode. 000 and E02 will be displayed.

Press calibration button until 115 and ICAL is displayed.

Press enter switch to access chopper vane calibration mode. 115 and L - - - should appear on triple display tachometer.
Press chopper vane adjust switch (A) to left-hand side to fully orientate vanes to the left.

Press calibration button. 115 and - - - r will be displayed.
Press chopper vane adjust switch (A) on right side to fully orientate chopper vanes to the right.

Press calibration button. 115 and cntr will be displayed.
Press chopper vane adjust switch (A) on left side until chopper vanes are centered.

Press calibration button. 115 and EOC will be displayed.

|
Press enter button to store calibration value or press back arrow button to abort calibration (not save values).
Press back arrow button to return to normal operation.
