HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt system maintains the header position relative to the ground. It uses sensors to determine the height at each end of the header. HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt system tilts the header to equalize the distances to the ground at each end of the header. HEADERTRAK uses a special feeder house to allow the header to tilt left and right.

If equipped with HEADERTRAK - Stubble Height Control-HYDRAFLEX, the two systems work together to maintain the closest position of the cutterbar relative to the ground.

HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt must be calibrated for each header that is used with the combine, (see Calibration Procedures Section).

If HEADERTRAK - Return to Cut and HEADERTRAK - Stubble Height Control systems are disabled, HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt will still operate.

If HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt system is disabled, HEADERTRAK - Return to Cut and HEADERTRAK - Stubble Height Control will still operate.

Operation:

HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt will be active when:

• Properly equipped header is connected to combine
• Engine is running
• Road transport disconnect switch is in field position
• HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt mode is enabled
• Header is engaged

The system is enabled by pressing button (A) on display. Symbol (B) will appear on display.

Activate HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt system by pressing activation buttons 1, 2 or 3 on the multifunction control handle. Arrow symbols (C) indicate the system is active.

NOTE: Press HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt switch (D) to over ride the system. When switch is released the system returns to automatic mode.

Press right side of switch to tilt the header to the right or press left side of switch to tilt the header to the left.

Press any of the activation buttons to reactivate system. Header will move to the selected angle contour.

The system can be disabled by pressing button (A) on the display.

If activated with HEADERTRAK- Stubble Height Sensing, HEADERTRAK Lateral Tilt will deactivate at the same time as HEADERTRAK - Stubble Height Sensing system.
