Chopper Controller Bar

IMPORTANT: When harvesting corn, the controller bar must be removed and placed in the storage position. Failure to remove controller bar can result in chaffer element damage.

Controller bar improves cut quality, distribution and spread width. Controller bar can be removed when harvesting small grains, which will result in lower power required by the chopper.

Remove cap screws and lock nuts (A) from controller bar (B).

Align controller bar (A) on bottom of chopper floor (B). Retain controller bar with previously removed cap screws and locks nuts (C).
