IMPORTANT: Single Tine Separator Variable Speed Driven and Variable Driver Sheaves: Pump 20 to 25 shots of grease into fitting. DO NOT OVER GREASE.

1. Single Tine Separator Variable Speed Driven Sheaves - Rotate sheaves to access fitting.

NOTE: Start machine and cycle separator through full speed range a couple of times to distribute grease evenly.

2. Single Tine Separator Variable Driver Sheave - Close sheaves (high speed) before greasing fitting on outer sheave hub. Rotate sheave to access fitting. Cycle cylinder speed to distribute grease if drive is operated at high speed all the time.
