1. Cleaning Fan Variable Sheaves - Grease fitting on hub of outer sheave. Rotate sheaves for fitting access.

2. Cleaning Fan Variable Sheaves - Grease fitting on hub located on inner sheave. Rotate sheaves for fitting access.

NOTE: When operating in mud and water grease rear axle spindle bearings and motor pivots every 10 hours. In normal conditions grease every 50 hours.

3. Motor Pivots Two Speed Four Wheel Drive - Grease two fittings (both sides).

NOTE: Grease rear hubs until grease purges from inner seal.

4. Heavy Duty Axle Spindle Bearings - When operating in mud and water, grease fittings (both sides) every 10 hours. In normal conditions grease fittings (both sides) every 50 hours.

IMPORTANT: Pump 10 to 15 shots of grease into each fitting.

5. Unloading Auger Swivel Joint - Grease three lubrication lines.

NOTE: It may be necessary to rotate sheave for access to fittings.

6. Feeder House Upper Sheaves - Raise feeder house, lower safety stop and lube fittings from underside of feeder house.

NOTE: Use John Deere TY6341 Multi-Purpose SD Polyurea Grease or John Deere TY25744 Synthetic Grease when greasing the feeder house reverser drive gear case.

7. Feeder House Reverser Drive Gear Case - When operating in severe conditions or high yielding corn, grease each fitting (3 - 5 times) every 10 hours. When operating in normal conditions, grease each fitting (10 - 15 times) every 50 hours.

After greasing, cycle variable sheave through speed range a couple of times to insure grease is spread evenly over cam surfaces.

8. Final Drive Outer Bearings - When operating in mud and water, grease fitting (both sides) every 10 hours. In normal conditions grease fitting (both sides) every 50 hours.
