Feeder House Drum-Height Adjustment

causym CAUTION: Raise feeder house, lower safety stop, shut OFF engine, set parking brake and remove key.

Open feeder house side shields.

Pull and hold pin (A) while rotating handle (B) to small grain position, both sides.

For small grain slat clearance, loosen nut (C) and (D), and rotate cam (E) to get 6 mm (1/4 in.) slat clearance between conveyor slats and floor wear plate offset bend under feed drum. Repeat procedure on opposite side. Tighten nut (C and D) to specification.

Specification

Drum Adjusting Nut -Torque 87 N·m (64 lb-ft)

Place handle in desired crop position.
