HARVESTSMART Feed Rate Control Drive By Wire

Machine stops unexpectedly and will not move.

System has a component out of tolerance.

Return multifunction control handle to neutral and clear all error codes. After codes are cleared try to drive machine.

Swashplate position sensor detects a stuck valve or has malfunctioned and is showing the following error codes: E13 200436.00, E13 200436.01, E13 200436.03, E13 200436.07, E13 200436.15, E13 200437.00, E13 200437.01, E13 200437.04.

To get the machine to move or move machine out of the way, use the following EMERGENCY mode. Press diagnostic button. Press up or down arrow button until E13 is displayed. Press enter button. Press up or down arrow button until address 102 is displayed. Press enter button. THIS ONLY MOVES THE MACHINE FOR 30 SECONDS. THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR NORMAL OPERATION. Call your John Deere dealer to have machine inspected immediately.

System has lost one or more of the redundancy channels or the channels are in discrepancies and is showing the following error codes: E13 200408.00, E13 200408.01, E13 200408.04, E13 200408.13, E13 200421.00, E13 200421.01, E13 200421.02, E13 200421.03, E13 200421.04, E13 200421.13, E13 200421.15, E13 200422.09.

To get the machine to move or move machine out of the way, use the following LIMP mode. Press diagnostic button. Press up or down arrow button until E13 is displayed. Press enter button. Press up or down arrow button until address 103 is displayed. Press enter button. First digit will flash. Press up or down arrow button until the first digit is changed to a one. Press enter button. THIS ALLOWS THE MACHINE TO OPERATE UP TO FOUR HOURS. THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR NORMAL OPERATION. Call your John Deere dealer to have machine inspected immediately.

Machine will stop after driver is out of seat for three seconds.

Operator out of seat.

Operator must return to seat and return multifunction control handle to neutral before operation can resume.
