  • ER01 - Feeder house calibration must be done before header calibration procedure
  • ER02 - No header connected or invalid header type
  • ER03 - No corn head connected during deck plate calibration
  • ER11 - Cutterbar flex pressure sensor voltage less than 0.5VDC
  • ER21 - CONTOUR MASTER angle sensor voltage less than 0.5VDC
  • ER22 - CONTOUR MASTER angle sensor voltage greater than 4.5VDC
  • ER23 - CONTOUR MASTER angle sensor voltage is erratic or changing in an incorrect direction
  • ER24 - CONTOUR MASTER angle sensor voltage range less than 2.0VDC
  • ER25 - CONTOUR MASTER angle "left" sensor voltage greater than 2.5VDC
  • ER26 - CONTOUR MASTER angle "right" sensor voltage less than 2.5VDC
  • ER27 - CONTOUR MASTER angle sensor center voltage not within 0.75VDC of mid-range
  • ER39 - Lift cylinder pressure sensor voltage less than 1.0VDC (3000 kPa; 30 bar; 435 psi)
  • ER41 - Deck plate position sensor voltage less than 0.5VDC
  • ER42 - Deck plate position sensor voltage greater than 4.5VDC
  • ER43 - Deck plate position sensor voltage is erratic or changing in an incorrect direction
  • ER44 - Deck plate position sensor voltage range less than 2.0VDC
  • ER45 - Deck plate position "closed" sensor voltage greater than 2.5VDC
  • ER46 - Deck plate position "opened" sensor voltage less than 2.5VDC
  • ER51 - Header height resume sensor voltage less than 0.5 VDC
  • ER52 - Header height resume sensor voltage greater than 4.5VDC
  • ER53 - Header height resume sensor voltage erratic or changing in an incorrect direction
  • ER54 - Header height resume sensor voltage range less than 2.0VDC
  • ER55 - Header height resume sensor "lowered" voltage greater than 2.5VDC (3.0VDC on corn head)
  • ER56 - Header height resume sensor "raised" voltage less than 2.5VDC (3.0VDC on corn head)
  • ER59 - Header height resume sensor signal has excessive hysteresis
  • ER61 - Header raise valve deadband not consistent within 80mA 1
  • ER63 - Header raise valve deadband greater than 1200mA 1
  • ER64 - Header raise valve deadband less than 800mA 1
  • ER66 - Header lower valve deadband not consistent within 80mA 1
  • ER68 - Header lower valve deadband greater than 1200mA 1
  • ER69 - Header lower valve deadband less than 800mA 1
  • ER71 - Left height sensor voltage less than 0.5VDC
  • ER72 - Left height position sensor voltage greater than 4.5VDC
  • ER73 - Left height position sensor voltage is erratic or changing in an incorrect direction
  • ER74 - Left height position sensor voltage range less than 2.0VDC (1.5VDC for flex platforms)
  • ER75 - Left height position sensor "lowered" voltage greater than 2.5VDC
  • ER76 - Left height position sensor "raised" voltage less than 2.5VDC
  • ER77 - Left and Right height sensors not stopping at same feeder house position
  • ER81 - Right height sensor voltage less than 0.5VDC
  • ER82 - Right height position sensor voltage greater than 4.5VDC
  • ER83 - Right height position sensor voltage is erratic or changing in an incorrect direction
  • ER84 - Right height position sensor voltage range less than 2.0VDC (1.5VDC for flex platforms)
