Service Intervals

causym CAUTION: To prevent injury, never lubricate or service combine, header, or engine while it is running. Shut OFF engine, set parking brake and remove key.

NOTE: See Break-In Service section for important information on Service Intervals for the First 100 Hours of Machine Operation.

Use hour meter as a guide when servicing the combine.

Every 50 hours of engine operation, the characters SEU will be displayed on the display tachometer, indicating service is needed. After completing the service, clear the display by the following:

Turn key switch to "RUN" position.

Press diagnostic button. dIA will be displayed.

Press up arrow button once to obtain the SEU display.

SEU and CLr? will be displayed.

Clear SEU display by the following:

Press enter button. SEU and donE will be displayed.

Press back arrow button once to return to normal operation.

Service interval timer can also be reset if service is performed between 45 and 50 hours, but not prior to 45 hours.

IMPORTANT: Service times are for average conditions. Service more often if combine is used in extreme conditions.
