CONTOUR MASTER Angle Sensor Calibration
CONTOUR MASTER angle sensor is calibrated using the CONTOUR MASTER calibration procedure. CONTOUR MASTER calibration procedure must be performed before initial use or when the CONTOUR MASTER sensor is replaced.
Prepare header for calibration:

Attach header to combine and connect header harness

Make sure CONTOUR MASTER sensor is operating

Start combine and raise header completely

Press diagnostic button. dIA will be displayed.

Press calibration button. CAL and conc will be displayed.

Press up or down arrow button to access tiLt calibration mode. CAL and tiLt will be displayed.

To establish left tilt sensor setting:
Press and hold left side of tilt switch (A) until feeder house rotates completely left. This establishes left tilt sensor setting.

To establish right tilt sensor setting:
Press and hold right side of tilt switch (A) until feeder house rotates completely right. This establishes right tilt sensor setting.

Press calibration button. tiLt and cntr will be displayed.

Use tilt switch (A) to level feeder house.
For visual indication of whether header is level with combine chassis, CONTOUR MASTER feeder house is equipped with a manual indicator.
When notch (B) is in the center of rubber seal, the header is approximately level with the combine body.

Press enter button to store calibration value or press back arrow button to abort calibration (not save values).
Press back arrow button to return to normal operation.
