PowerCast Tailboard Blade-Replacing

causym CAUTION: Disk assemblies weigh approximately 13 kg (29 lb).

IMPORTANT: Disk assemblies are left-handed and right-handed. In order to assure correct re-installation, mark disk assemblies before removing.

Remove lock nut (A) and cap screw (B) from spreader disks to remove disk assemblies.

IMPORTANT: When replacing worn or damaged blades, make sure to replace blades on opposite sides of the disk at the same time. This is important to maintain disk rotational balance.

Blades are oriented in alternating hole patterns to obtain an optimum material spread. Be sure to put replacement blades back in the same set of holes as previously removed.

Install replacement blades and hardware as needed and tighten to specification.
