Adjusting and Leveling Gatherer Points

CAUTION: Raise corn head until points are off of the ground, shut off engine, and remove key.

Start with one of the gatherer points and level all other points the same.

Raise and support point (A).

Remove spring locking pins (B) and drilled pins (C).

To raise the points, install the drilled pins in adjusting holes (D), (E) or (F).

For maximum height, install drilled pin in hole (F). Insert spring locking pin through drilled pin.

The points can also be fine adjusted by loosening screws (G) and moving support (H) up or down.
