NOTE:
Approximately 35 L (9.3 gal) will drain from hydraulic reservoir when hose is removed.
1.
Hydraulic/Hydrostatic Reservoir Oil - Remove hydraulic hose (A) to drain. Clean screen and cap (B) and refill reservoir. Oil level must show in middle on sight glass (C).
2.
Engine Valve Back Lash - Have engine valve back lash checked and adjusted if necessary, by your John Deere dealer.
3.
Final Drives Oil (both sides) - Remove drain plug (D) to drain. Remove fill plug (E) to refill until oil level is within 12 mm (1/2 in.) of bottom check hole (F).

Engine Power Take-Off Gearcase Oil - Drain at plugs (G). Refill and check oil level at dipstick (H).
5.
Separator Drive Oil - Remove protective cap (I) and attach hose to drain valve (J). Open valve to drain. Refill at dipstick (K) as needed.
6.
Primary Countershaft Gearcase Oil - Drain at cap (L) and refill at dipstick (M). Oil level must show on knurled part of dipstick.
7.
Transmission Oil - Slide tube (N) out of block (O). Remove block to drain. Remove check plug (P) and refill to within 12 mm (1/2 in.) of hole.
