1.
Lower platform onto safety stops or blocks.
2.
Completely raise reel and engage safety stops.
IMPORTANT:
Do not use high-pressure washer spray directly on bearings, decals, or any other sensitive areas. High-pressure water can remove seals, lubricants, and decals.
3.
Loosen tension on side draper belts (See SIDE DRAPER BELT TENSION procedure in ADJUSTMENTS - FEEDING RELATED section of this manual).
4.
Lift up on side belts and power wash inside belts. Make sure to wash away all chaff and debris.
5.
Remove center draper belt and clean frame (See REMOVE AND INSTALL CENTER DRAPER BELT procedure in MAINTENANCE section of this manual). Reinstall belt loosely.
6.
Open side shields (See OPEN SIDE SHIELDS procedure in MAINTENANCE section of this manual) and clean all chaff and debris.

7.
Remove backshaft drive belts and wipe clean with a good non-flammable solvent. Loosly reinstall belts.
8.
Reinstall side shields.
9.
Lock float system (See LOCK AND UNLOCK THE FLOAT SYSTEM procedure in ADJUSTMENTS - SUSPENSION AND LEVELING section of this manual).
10.
Check all fluid levels on gearcases.
11.
Apply grease where needed as outlined in the LUBRICATION section of this manual.
12.
Completely lower reel.
13.
Paint all parts where paint is worn or chipped.
14.
Shelter the platform in a dry place.
