Minimum Reel Height and Leveling Reel
IMPORTANT:
Avoid damage to draper belts. Before fully retracting lift cylinders, extend fore/aft cylinders completely.
Adjust minimum reel height clearance with lift cylinders fully retracted and reel fingers/slats positioned as close as possible to cutterbar using fore/aft cylinders.
1.
Fully retract lift cylinders.
2.
Position reel fingers/slat as close to cutterbar as possible, using fore/aft cylinders.
3.
Loosen jam nut (A).
4.
Use a wrench on rod (B) to raise and lower the reel. Set clearance between reel fingers and cutterbar, evenly on both sides, using the given specifications.
