NOTE: All checks should be made with platform on the ground and the transport system in field mode.

1. Check Main Gearbox Oil Level

a. Remove plug (A) to check oil level.

b. If necessary, add 80W-90 oil up to plug hole.

c. Reinstall plug.

2. Check 90° Gearbox Oil Level

a. Remove dipstick (A).

b. If necessary, add 80W-90 oil up to marks on the dipstick.

c. Reinstall dipstick.

d. If platform uses dual knife, repeat procedure on opposite side.

3. Check Charge Pump Gearbox Oil Level

a. Remove dipstick (A).

b. If necessary, add 80W-90 oil up to marks on the dipstick.

c. Reinstall dipstick.

4. Check Center Feed Gearbox Oil Level

a. Remove plug (A) to check oil level.

b. If necessary, add 80W-90 oil up to plug hole.

c. Reinstall plug.

5. Grease Knife Head Grease Fitting

a. Apply grease to knifehead gearbox grease fitting (A).

b. If platform uses dual knife, repeat procedure on opposite side.

6. Grease Feed Drum Drive Shaft Grease Fitting

a. Align hole in shield to locate grease fitting. Apply grease to center feed drive shaft grease fitting (A).

b. Apply grease to slip clutch grease fitting (B).

7. Grease Input Drive Shaft Grease Fitting

- Align hole in shield to locate grease fitting. Apply grease to input drive shaft grease fitting (A).

8. Grease Backshaft Drive Shaft Grease Fitting

a. Disconnect backshaft driveshaft (A) from main gearbox (B) using quick-attach (C).

b. Align hole in shield to locate grease fitting.

c. Apply grease to backshaft drive shaft grease fitting (D)

9. Grease Reel Grease Fitting

- Apply grease to reel grease fittings (A) on both sides of platform.
