NOTE: All checks should be made with platform on the ground and the transport system in field mode.

1. Grease Knife Drive Gearbox - 200 Hours

a. Apply 10 pumps of grease to gearbox grease fitting (A).

b. If platform uses dual knife, repeat procedure on opposite side.

2. Grease Feed Drum Drive Shaft Slip Clutch Grease Fitting - 200 Hours

- Align hole in shield to locate grease fitting. Apply grease to feed drum slip clutch.

3. Grease Telescoping Knife Drive Shaft - 200 Hours

a. Align hole in shield to locate grease fitting. Apply grease to knife drive shaft grease fitting (A).

b. If platform uses dual knife, repeat procedure on opposite side.

4. Grease Guide Wheel Grease Fittings - 200 Hours

- Apply grease to grease fitting (A) on all guide wheels.

5. Grease the Reel Lift Cylinder - 400 Hours

- Apply grease to the reel lift cylinders (A) on both sides of platform.
