   Right-Hand Shoe Sensor

   A - Sensors

   Two people are required to perform this operational check. One person must remain seated in the operator's seat, while another person taps on the sensors.

   Separator sensors are on the left-hand side of the machine underneath the separator covers.

   Shoe sensors are at the rear of the machine on the tailboard.

   Turn key switch to RUN position, but do not start machine.

2. Engage header switch.

3. MUST be in a crop that was previously calibrated. Grain loss calibration value MUST be less than 50.

   Tap on sensors (A) several times. Person watching VisionTrak™ display should see movement on the shoe loss and separator loss indicators.

4. Return grain loss calibration value to original value or perform another crop calibration.

   Disengage header switch and turn key switch OFF.

5. If VisionTrak™ does not work after these checks, see your John Deere dealer for further information.
