Variable Speed Driver Sheave

    Driver Sheaves (Small Diameter) / Driver Sheaves (Large Diameter)

    Remove pipe plug and install grease fitting. Pump 40—45 shots of grease into fitting. DO NOT OVER GREASE. Remove grease fitting and reinstall pipe plug.

    Close sheaves (high speed) before greasing at pipe plug in the outer sheave hub.


  2. Rotate sheave for pipe plug access.

  3. Cycle cylinder speed to distribute grease if operated at high speed all the time.
