Chaffer/Sieve Tilt Motor (Self-Leveling Shoe)-Manual Adjust

NOTE: Procedure only needs to be done if actuator fails. This allows bays to lock in place until self-leveling shoe motor is replaced.

CAUTION: Shut OFF engine, set parking brake and remove key to help prevent accidental starting and personal injury.

1. Remove cap screws (A-C) and shield (D).

A-Cap Screws (4 Used)
B-Cap Screws (4 Used)
C-Cap Screws (3 Used)
D-Shield

3. Turn pivot rod (C) until bay (D) is level.

NOTE: Bays are locked in place until self-leveling shoe motor is replaced.

4. Loosen nut (E) and turn cap screw (F) until it aligns with hole in bay.

5. Tighten nut (E) and cap screws (B).

NOTE: Motor must be calibrated if it is repaired or replaced, see Calibration Procedures section.

6. Install previously removed shield.
