NOAA Weather Radio is a service of the National Weather Service. It provides continuous broadcasts of the latest weather information directly from the National Weather Service. Taped weather messages are repeated every four-six minutes and are revised one-three hours or more frequently if needed. Most stations operate 24 hours a day.
The weather for the area you are in can be found on one of seven stations. When in Weather mode, display shows "WEATHER", WX and the channel number. The channel can be changed using the TUNE/SEEK (fast forward and reverse) buttons and can also be preset to the preset buttons 1-6).
