When a diagnostic trouble code screen appears or a diagnostic trouble code needs to be retrieved, the following information needs to be provided to your John Deere dealer to properly diagnose the symptom:

  • Controller (A)
  • Trouble Code (B)
  • Active (Yes/No) (C)
  • Count (D)

NOTE: It may be necessary to rotate selection dial to scroll through trouble codes if multiple codes are displayed.
