VisionTrak-How the Monitor Works

Sensors are used to detect grain impacts coming off cleaning shoe sensors (A) and separator sensor (B). These sensors transmit the impacts as electrical impulses to the right control unit (RCU) (C). The control unit eliminates and "filters" out those signals from straw stems or chaff.

VisionTrak display (D) receives messages from the control unit and displays the loss (cleaning shoe, separator and total loss).

Adjustment for grain size lets the display allow for different impulses made by various kernel sizes.
