1 Chopper set to slow speed with knifebank out.
2 For improved grain quality, it is recommended that separator grate spacers be installed, see Separator Grate Spacers in Separator Section. It is okay to leave spacers installed if harvesting in soybeans.
3 32 tooth is recommended for high yielding, high volume poor feeding straw crops.
4 For improved straw quality in dry crops and grain quality, use low speed.
5 For improved grain quality, use slow down kit to 320 rpm.
6 For further improved grain quality, use smooth wear strips. This configuration is not recommended for small grains and rice.
7 Do not operate above maximum concave clearance recommendation.
8 Deep tooth chaffer 14—16 mm (9/16—5/8 in.)
9 Deep tooth sieve 8—10 mm (5/16—3/8 in.)
