Chaffer/Sieve Tilt Motor (Self-Leveling Shoe)—Manual Adjust

1. NOTE: Procedure only needs to be done if actuator fails. This allows bays to lock in place until self-leveling shoe motor is replaced.

   CAUTION: Shut OFF engine, set parking brake and remove key to help prevent accidental starting and personal injury.

   A - Cap Screws (4 Used)

   B - Cap Screws (4 Used)

   C - Cap Screws (3 Used)

   D - Shield

   Remove cap screws (A—C) and shield (D).

   A - Cap Screws (2 Used)

   B - Cap Screws (2 Used)

   C - Pivot Rod

   D - Bay

   E - Nut

   F - Cap Screw

   Remove cap screws (A) and loosen cap screws (B).

3. Turn pivot rod (C) until bay (D) is level.

4. NOTE: Bays are locked in place until self-leveling shoe motor is replaced.

   Loosen nut (E) and turn cap screw (F) until it aligns with hole in bay.

5. Tighten nut (E) and cap screws (B).

   NOTE: Motor must be calibrated if it is repaired or replaced, see Calibration Procedures section.

6. Install previously removed shield.
