1 If harvesting corn and soybeans, it is not necessary to remove separator grate spacers. Remove spacers for all other crops. 2 For improved straw quality in dry crops and grain quality, use low speed. 3 Do not operate below minimum speed recommendation. 4 In shoe overloading conditions in dry crops, with small wire concaves, initially install two rows on right side and three rows on left side. Large wire concaves, initially install three rows on right side and two rows on left side. Adjust number and pattern as required by condition. 5 Deep tooth chaffer 10—12 mm (3/8—1/2 in.) 6 Deep tooth sieve 4—6 mm (5/32—1/4 in.) 7 32 tooth is recommended for high yielding, high volume poor feeding straw crops.
