Shoe, Fan and Conveyor Auger Belt—Replacing

Belt Routing

A - Nut

B - Belt

Remove right-hand front countershaft and cleaning fan variable drive belts.

Loosen tension on idler nut (A) and remove shoe, fan and conveyor auger drive belt (B).

Install replacement belt and adjust tensioner so washer is positioned between end of gauge and bottom of step.

Reinstall front jackshaft belt, fan variable belt and adjust idler tensions.
