Center Draper Belt Tension

1. CAUTION: When working under platform always lower hydraulic cylinder safety stop onto cylinder rod to prevent platform from lowering.

   A - Feeder House Safety Stop

   Completely raise feeder house and lower safety stop (A) onto hydraulic cylinder rod.

2. Shut OFF engine, set parking brake, and remove key.

3. NOTE: For difficult crop conditions, additional belt tensioning is required. Increase belt tension only if necessary as belt life, tracking, and drive components are affected.

   Center belt tensioner located on right-hand side of center belt cleanout door.

   A - Tensioner Nut

   Adjust center belt tension using tensioner nut (A) located under platform. Tighten tension nut so surface of nut is flush with outside surface of plate.

4. Check operation of center draper belt and readjust as needed.
