Operating Flex Platform In Rigid Mode

Operating a flex platform in rigid mode may be desired for some crops and conditions. A combination of hydraulic adjustments and mechanical components will allow a flex platform to be operated in rigid mode.

1. Set HydraFlex pressure to maximum.

      B - Selection Dial

      S Series Combine:

      To operate in rigid mode, press HydraFlex pressure switch (A) and rotate selection dial (B) clockwise to increase pressure.

      To operate in rigid mode, press HydraFlex pressure switch (A) and rotate selection dial (B) clockwise to increase pressure.

   B - Float Arm without HydraFlex Cylinder

   C - Lockout Bracket

   D - Hardware

   Install lockout brackets on float arms without hydraulic cylinders (B) to maintain rigid mode.

   On float arms without a HydraFlex cylinder (A), install lockout brackets (C) and hardware (D).
