Lubricate Feed Drum Drive Shaft Grease Fitting

     

Lubricate Input Drive Shaft Grease Fitting

     

Lubricate Reel(s) Grease Fittings

     

Lubricate Telescoping Knife Drive Shaft *

     

Lubricate Auxiliary Sensor Arm Fittings (If Equipped)

 

   

Lubricate Knife Drive Slip Clutch Grease Fitting

 

   

Lubricate Feed Drum Drive Shaft Slip Clutch Grease Fitting

 

   

Lubricate Float Arm Pivot Grease Fittings

 

   

Lubricate Reel Lift Cylinders

   

 

Change Main Gearbox Oil

     

Change Center Feed Gearbox Oil

     

* Platform uses dual knife system, repeat procedure on each end except on 630FD single knife drive system.

** Does not apply to 630FD.

IMPORTANT: To avoid equipment damage and failure due to system contamination, always clean grease fittings before and after lubrication.

If a grease fitting is damaged or missing, replace it immediately.

IMPORTANT: When checking oil levels, always clean area around plugs before removal.

Always tighten plugs securely.
