Remove and retain cap screw and nut (A).

Remove crop material removal tool (B).
-
IMPORTANT: Failure to remove foreign material may result in
poor crop conveyance, premature belt wear, or belt mistracking.

D - Crop Material Removal Tool
If material (A) is present at crop ramp (B) and belt interface
(C), remove material with crop material removal tool (D).
NOTE: Insert crop material removal tool between belt and crop
ramp. Pull material toward center of head.

C - Crop Material Removal Tool
Clean belt (A) if dirt accumulate.
-
Release the screws (D) and remove the crop ramp (B).
-
Pull front edge of the belt (A) out from underneath the crop
ramps (B) and clean belt with crop material removal tool (C).
NOTE: Is not necessary release the belt tension and remove crop
ramp.

Install the crop ramp (B) and tighten the screws (D)
-
Put the belt under crop ramps again.

B - Center Belt Rollers
Clean debris (A) from center belt rollers area (B) on both
sides.

Clean debris (A) from Perma-Glide area (B) on both sides
of the machine.

Clean debris from areas (A and B) on both sides of the machine.

CAUTION:

Stay clear of clean out door when opening. Door can fall
open quickly causing serious injury.Watch for falling
chaff and debris when door is opened.
Clean out any debris built up in center draper belt drives
and surrounding area.

Completely raise platform and engage feeder house safety stop.
-
Shut OFF engine, set parking brake, and remove key.
-
While supporting door, release latch pins (A). Repeat on opposite
side of door.
-
Slowly lower door and clean out any debris built up in center
draper belt drives and surrounding area.
-
Close door and lock latch pins (A).
IMPORTANT: Failure to remove material may result in premature
belt wear or tracking issues.
NOTE: Depending on type of harvesting conditions, crop and soil,
the center draper clean out frequency may vary. Check as required.
