Reel Speed Ratio Sensor Adjustment

1. NOTE: Split reel shown with right-hand reel removed for clarity. Single reel similar.

   A - Cap Screws

   B - Front Shield

   C - Rear Shield

   Remove cap screws (A) and shields (B and C).

   A - Jam Nut (2 Used)

   B - Sensor

   C - Tone Wheel

   Loosen jam nuts (A).

3. Rotate sensor (B) until it touches tone wheel (C), then screw back out 1/2 turn.

4. Rotate reel by hand to verify there is no contact between sensor and tone wheel. If needed, unscrew another 1/2 turn.

5. Tighten jam nuts (A).

6. Install shields using previously removed cap screws.
