Center Draper Belt Tension

1. CAUTION: When working under platform always lower hydraulic cylinder safety stop onto cylinder rod to prevent platform from lowering.

   A - Feeder House Safety Stop

   Completely raise feeder house and lower safety stop (A) onto hydraulic cylinder rod.

2. Shut OFF engine, set park brake, and remove key.

   Cross-Sectional View of Tensioning Screw

   A - Tensioning Screw

   B - Nut

   C - Plate

   Adjust center belt tension using tensioning screw (A) located under platform. Tighten screw so surface of nut (B) is flush with outside surface of plate (C).

4. Check operation of center draper belt and readjust as necessary.
